We just received shipment of a new (for us) product called El Espolon tequila. The cool thing about it is its new label.
The style of the bottle and the designs that are printed on the label are important to both the Mexicans who created the tequila…The new label will honor the Mexican artists’ ability in portraying real Mexican lifestyle and real Mexican history. Main items included on the label are the area of Rosarita, the rooster named Ramon and characters of Guadalupe. Mexico City appears in a time when Guadalupe and Rosarita fill its market places with elements of Aztec culture as a means to remember the greatness of the Aztecs on the label of Espolon Reposado. On The Espolon Blanco label you see depicted the locations of Guadalupe and Rosarita coming together with Father Miguel Hidalgo to campaign for the county’s independence from Spain. The labels carry skeletal figures in a unique style that create bold statements in line with the history of Mexico. Espolon Tequila is very popular in Mexico.
Espolón Tequila was originally introduced in the United States in 2000, garnering praise from Tequila experts and winning a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition as well as a Platinum Rating by the Beverage Testing Institute.
